A Winter's Drive at Reif
The Story Behind the Scene
This winter painting is inspired by Reif Estate Winery, one of Niagara on the Lake’s founding family wineries. Planted in 1977 and officially established in 1982 by Klaus W. Reif, the vineyard sits in Ontario’s warmest sub-appellation where sun-loving grapes thrive.
The painting captures the original estate building, snow-covered vineyard rows, and a vintage truck that nods to the winery’s heritage. As you paint, you’re not just creating a peaceful winter scene, you’re honouring a rich family legacy that continues to grow.
Exclusive to Reifstyle Wine Club Members (November 2025).
